In 1999, Bill was the Special Guest Host of Speedvision's Speed Shop as Carroll Shelby
auctioned off two of his most stunning creations, with proceeds going to his Children's Foundation: a brand new Shelby Series I Roadster and a CSX4000 427SC Cobra. Bill spent the hour hobnobbing with
Mr. Shelby — and two years later ordered his own Continuation Cobra
.
In 2003, POWERade, a sports drink from Coca-Cola and the title sponsor of the
National Hot Rod Association's professional drag racing series, asked Bill to voice their television spots featuring some of the NHRA's biggest stars. It was a tongue-in- cheek approach to the sport that was
definitely different. Here are four of them.
For two years, Bill wrote the script and served as off-stage announcer for the
prestigious Meguiar's Award telecast seen on SPEED Channel. As you'll see on the clip, many of the most famous personalities from the automotive world were in attendance. The Meguiar's Award Ceremonies continue
to be a genuine Night of Stars.
The people at Daimler-Chrysler and the Mopar Performance brand wanted to
promote the fact that the Chicagoland Dodge Dealers were sponsoring the NHRA's major national event at Route 66 Raceway in Joliet, IL. Bill was asked to produce, write and voice a video that was offered free to
new car shoppers at Chicagoland dealers following the race. Here's a portion of it.

In 1996, Bill wrote, produced and voiced five automotive documentaries which aired on
PBS. The series. "Wheels", went on to win several Telly Awards and the prestigious Imperial Palace Automotive Media Award given to outstanding television programs embracing the history and heritage of the
automobile. Here are clips from three of those documentaries.
In 1991, one of television's most successful and significant magazine shows came to The Discovery Channel and touched off the
tremendous surge of general interest automotive television programming which continues today.
"Wild About Wheels" ran for two years on Discovery, was picked up by SPEED Channel
featuring all new episodes five years later, and is still seen in various foreign countries in international syndication today. Bill wrote, produced, and narrated WAW throughout its
entire television life. Here's one of several promotional pieces produced to showcase the series.

Since 1992, Bill has conceived, videotaped,
written, edited, and voiced over 200 full-length automotive home videos ranging in subjects from Street Legal drag racing to Monster Trucks. Many are still in worldwide distribution through such outlets as Simitar,
